The group I worked with at Next Wave are amazing people! They were prompt and extremely supportive of my requests for how I envisioned and wanted my website. And I really love the final result of my new site!
Because of an illness with my father during our project, I needed time to completely separate myself, and the care and concern I received from Next Wave was incredible. They truly were here for me and gave me the space I needed.

I would not recommend Next Wave Services. I will specifically speak on my experience concerning a custom logo. The quality of their work was almost cartoonish. Their customer service required that you speak w the designer through a representative. Finally after numerous back and fourths and unsatisfactory drafts, I requested a live call in hopes of moving the process forward. I eventually requested that another designer take a look and give it a fresh conceptual look. I ended up settling on a design, which I was pretty pleased with. After I took on the role as designer. This was about 3 months from the start of the process. Only to find that the image/logo was unable to be seen on dark backgrounds. This was an exhausting process and left me unsatisfied as I missed several deadlines and ultimately won’t be using the finished product....

You won't find a better company to work with! They were FRIENDLY, EAGER, and TIMELY about making the changes and adjustments I asked for. I had ongoing one-to-one communications with an employee who I felt cared about my satisfaction.

They really pulled through, I was demanding and they stepped up.
On the down side they really didn’t create anything new on there own but simply massaged the clip art I had to find on my own. Didn’t really present me with any new ideas...
