Andrea was just fantastic!  I was surprised at how rapidly she responded and jumped right in to hear our concerns and issues.  Once she was able to get into our back office, the magic begun.  Things that had us puzzled  us for some time, Andrea was able to resolve them with the quickness.   Not only did she resolve all of  our issues in a timely manner, she took the time to create an educational tool so we would know how to navigate our site and compile and retrieve the information needed.
