There was some really useful to and fro as we built out and refined the site which really makes the most of the functionality in Wix studio. Although DarkFuse were easy to get in contact with, the communication from the person redesigning my website was often difficult and confusing. I found they didn't always answer my questions/understand.

There were a few problems throughout the process, of which I personally found quite major. The website was launched without my authorisation before it was ready and the attention to detail in terms of formatting was poor. I ended up having to do much of the formatting myself. Therefore, I feel bad, but on this basis, I wouldn't recommend them. 

Someone else may have a completely different experience, but I can only comment on my own journey with them.

I love the website redesign that was done. I would highly recommend using them. We communicated through every process, and kept me updated on what they were working on throughout
