Hi David, I was a bit surprised by your review, as we did complete the website on time. Unfortunately, we later discovered that your Wix account was owned by a third party, which wasn’t communicated at the start. As a result, we had to rebuild the entire site from scratch, something we handled without additional charges. I also spent time with you on a Zoom call walking through the website, and we offered to send tutorial videos to help you manage it. We never received any follow-up requests for assistance. Additionally, we significantly discounted the cost to accommodate your budget. This is our first low review in over six years, and while we strive to exceed expectations, we understand that we can’t please everyone. Wishing you all the best moving forward.
