We offer basic websites right through to ecommerce and bookings sites to sell your products and services online, as well as sites with database driven content using the WIX classic editor (we do not offer WIX studio editor assistance at this time). We include initial SEO (search engine optimisation) and a 30 minute phone/zoom training for new sites to teach you how to edit your website yourself. 100% Australian owned and staffed - providing services Australia wide. PLEASE NOTE: We only work with Australian based clients. We are down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to - we don't use lots of tech talk or jargon. We value traditional customer service, and gladly talk through all the aspects of your website or graphic design project. We encourage your questions and want to get to know you, so we can create better solutions to meet your individual needs, not offer you a quick cookie cutter solution. Oak Grove Graphics have been designing websites and creating original graphic design since 2007, so although we are new to advertising our services in the WIX Marketplace, we are definitely not new to web and graphic design. Julie at Oak Grove Graphics has been outstanding. She responded to my request for help very quickly. Communication was excellent, by phone and e-mail. Julie calmly went in and out of my Wix site to solve the original problem and then more as I requested. I know my site is not perfect. Unlike some, Julie did not offer to fix it for hundreds of dollars but focussed on my immediate needs. I look forward to working on my site with her again.
