After an hour long Google Meet conversation were i detailed what i expected of their service. I requested to add 3-5 pages to my website and utilize my existing design and layout. What they did is erase my site and upload a completely different site that is one of their cookiecutter sites. When i saw that my initial request was completely ignored I looked to end the working relationship and request a refund due to them not living up to their part of the deal. They have given me the run around....

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Zoek. After paying $1,500 upfront for a $2,500 website, communication was poor and the first draft—delivered 10 weeks later—missed many requested features. Over months, key features remained unavailable, refund requests were denied citing 30+ hours spent, and our salesperson stopped responding. I filed a credit card dispute, which was resolved in my favor. Document everything if you work with them....

Beware of Zoek. I was told by their rep David Alvarez Garcia that my contract wouldn’t auto-renew. Still, I was charged $499 after cancellation was confirmed. The 7-day notice policy was never mentioned in months of calls. They claim they tried to contact me, but I received nothing. I had to file a chargeback. Zoek has 88 Better Business Bureau complaints—this seems to be a pattern. I do not recommend trusting this company.
